You must upload the same ID card used when opening your bank account. The recipient name and owner of the receiving bank account should be the same.
- national registration card
- driver's license
- passport
- alien registration card (ARC)
- permanent residence card
- passport (expiration date is at least 6 months or longer)
- business registration license
- identification number
* Verification is not possible if the nationality is North Korea or Iran.
* If more than 10 years have passed since the ID issuance date, additional verification may be requested.
IDs may not verifed in the following cases:
1. Black and white photo
2. Blurry photo
3. Photo obscured by reflection of the light
4. Small-sized photo of the ID card
5. Expired ID
6. Scanned, photocopied, or screenshot copies of the ID card
[Bank Account]
1. Check if the account number entered by the sender is the same as the account number you entered.
2. Check whether the account number entered by the sender has a typo and whether the account belongs to you.
3. Unsupported types of bank accounts:
a. USD currency account
b. Multi-currency account
c. Stock account
d. Accounts in mobile number format (use the actual account number in the bankbook, not the simplified account number)
e. Old account number from merged banks (ex. bank account number of the bank before it was merged with another bank)
f. Security account
If the sender entered an incorrect bank account number or an unsupported type of account number, the sender must cancel the money transfer and resend it with the correct details.
