You can register for Auto-debit in the SentBe app by selecting Auto-debit under Payment Method when making a transfer request. Please ensure that the personal details you provide in the app match the information registered with your bank.
Step by step guide:
1. Go to %22MY” menu > Click “Verification information” menu > Choose “My account” tab > Click blue button “Add account”
2. Finish SMS self-verification (본인인증)
3. Receive a call for ARS verification and input the correct number
4. 1 KRW will be sent to customer’s bank account. The customer need to check the sender name which is 4 digits number, and then fill in the blank
5. If the phone number for SMS self-verification is different from the one the user use when register SentBe, there will be a popup message asking the customer if they want to change
6. Input 6 digits passcode two times
7. Auto-debit complete!
