The SentBe VIP rewards offers transfer fee discounts according to the total amount of transfers accumulated over the last 6 months.
VIP levels are divided into Basic, Silver, and Gold, and each level corresponds to a fee discount.
VIP levels are determined based on completed transactions.
1. VIP Level
?Gold
- 100% fee discount for all transfers (for transfers to China, 25% discount)
- Send a total of 17 million KRW and above within 6 months
? Silver
- 25% fee discount for all transfers (for transfers to China, 8% discount)
- Send a total of 11 million KRW and above within 6 months
? Basic
- 5,000 KRW discount on first transfer
2. Conditions to Maintain Your VIP Level
Once you upgrade to Silver or Gold, your VIP level will be maintained for 6 months. After 6 months, your level will be re-evaluated. If the conditions below are met, your level will either be maintained or upgraded. Otherwise, you will be downgraded.
- Gold: After upgrade, send a total of 17 million won and above within 6 months
- Silver: After upgrade, send a total of 11 million won and above within 6 months
3. Where can I check my VIP Level?
SentBe App >'MY' tab at the bottom of the app > Click 'Level' Icon
SentBe Website > Click on 'Account' > 'My VIP Level'
* Your VIP level will be applied on the first day of each month.
* When your VIP level changes, all existing coupons except Welcome coupons will be cancelled."
