You can delete your account at MY > Profile > Bottom 'delete'.
1. You can't delete under the following cases:
- When you have ongoing transfer processes;
- When you are withdrawing money from your Wallet;
- When your Wallet has the available withdrawal amount: see MY > Wallet (Cash) > Withdraw.
Please make sure all withdrawal and transfer processes complete before you delete your account.
2. Please note the followings:
- You can't log in your deleted account.
- If you leave, your transfer history will disappear. Contact the Customer Center for your transfer history statement.
- If you leave, the SentBe cash, credits, coupons, and lucky boxes you have steadily collected and received while transferring will disappear.
- If you leave, it cannot be undone.
- According to the Terms and Conditions, your personal information will be kept for 5 years after leaving the service.
3. You can create a SentBe account again with the mobile number and email address that you used as your ID before deleting your account.
4. SentBe stores the users' personal information until they delete their account. All stored personal information will be erased when the users delete their account. However, SentBe is legally obligated to store the following information for 5 years for compliance with related laws and regulations of foreign exchange transaction, small-amount overseas remittance business and anti-money laundering business, payment details by domestic and foreign payers and recipients, the prevention of illegal use and abuse, and disputes and customer complaint handling:
- Copies of the documents and identification to verify the customers, including guardians and/or actual owners, and any documents to confirm or verify the user's identity
- Additional documents other than customer identification information to verify the purposes and characteristics of financial transactions; and
- Copies of data, transaction applications, agreements, statements or correspondences that contain bank accounts, service types, the date of transactions, currencies and transaction amounts.
