Can I get a refund of my transaction?

Yes, SentBe can refund transactions upon the request of the sender in the following cases:


1. SentBe will refund incomplete transactions that have been refunded to SentBe from the beneficiary bank or partner in the event that the sender submitted invalid bank information and has no other means to provide the correct information or reprocess it through another pay out method.

2. SentBe will refund the transaction if SentBe has not been able to complete the transaction after 15 days from the date of receipt of the sender's initial deposit.

3. SentBe will refund the transaction if the beneficiary bank or partner declines to process the transfer due to compliance/Anti-Money Laundering issues.


Bank & e-wallet transactions that are completed by the system but contain invalid bank information submitted by the sender may not be refunded. Nevertheless, SentBe will do its best to assist the recipient in retrieving the amount.


SentBe can either refund the transfer amount back to your Wallet. Depending on each case, the transfer fees may or may not be included in the refund.
