How to Register for Auto-Debit
You can register for Auto-debit in the SentBe app by selecting Auto-debit under Payment Method when making a transfer request. Make sure your personal information in the app matches your bank’s registered information.
Step-by-step guide:
Go to MY > Verification Information > My Account tab > Click Add Account.
Complete SMS verification.
Receive an ARS call and input the correct number.
1 KRW will be deposited to your bank account. Check the depositor name (4-digit code after S) and enter the number in the blank.
If your phone number used for SMS verification differs from the one registered with SentBe, a popup will ask if you want to update it.
Set a 6-digit auto-debit passcode (enter twice).
Auto-debit registration is complete!
