• If the sender entered the wrong recipient account number:

  • The money transfer company used by the sender must first cancel the transaction.

  • Only then can the sender resend the transfer with the correct account details.

• Important:

  • For legal foreign exchange compliance, SentBe cannot change the receiving bank account once a transfer request has been submitted.
