SentBe VIP Rewards
SentBe VIP rewards provide transfer fee discounts based on the total amount of transfers over the last 6 months. VIP levels are divided into Basic, Silver, and Gold, and discounts vary according to each level. VIP levels are determined by completed transfers.
VIP Levels
Gold
100% fee discount for all transfers (Transfers to China: 25% discount)
Total transfers of 17 million KRW or more within 6 months
Silver
25% fee discount for all transfers (Transfers to China: 8% discount)
Total transfers of 11 million KRW or more within 6 months
Basic
5,000 KRW discount on first transfer
Conditions to Maintain VIP Level
Once upgraded to Silver or Gold, your level is maintained for 6 months
After 6 months, VIP level is re-evaluated:
Gold: Maintain or upgrade if total transfers ≥ 17 million KRW
Silver: Maintain or upgrade if total transfers ≥ 11 million KRW
If conditions are not met, level will be downgraded
Checking Your VIP Level
SentBe App: MY tab → Click Level icon
SentBe Website: Account → My VIP Level
VIP levels are applied on the first day of each month
When VIP level changes, all existing coupons except Welcome coupons will be cancelled
