Account Deletion
You can delete your SentBe account via MY > Profile > Delete at the bottom.
1. Cases where deletion is not allowed:
When you have ongoing transfer processes.
When you are withdrawing money from your Wallet.
When your Wallet has an available withdrawal amount. (Check MY > Wallet (Cash) > Withdraw)
Please ensure all withdrawal and transfer processes are completed before deleting your account.
2. Important notes when deleting your account:
You cannot log in after deletion.
Your transfer history will disappear. Contact the Customer Center for a transaction history statement.
All SentBe Cash, credits, coupons, and lucky boxes collected will be lost.
Deletion cannot be undone.
According to the Terms and Conditions, your personal information will be retained for 5 years after account deletion.
3. Recreating an account:
You can create a new SentBe account using the same mobile number and email address previously used as your ID.
4. Personal information retention:
SentBe stores user information until account deletion. All stored information will be erased upon deletion except for information legally required to be retained for 5 years, including:
Copies of documents and identification used to verify customers, guardians, or actual owners.
Additional documents verifying the purpose and characteristics of financial transactions.
Copies of data, transaction applications, agreements, statements, or correspondence containing bank accounts, service types, transaction dates, currencies, and amounts.
