How do I delete my SentBe account?

Account Deletion

You can delete your SentBe account via MY > Profile > Delete at the bottom.

1. Cases where deletion is not allowed:

  • When you have ongoing transfer processes.

  • When you are withdrawing money from your Wallet.

  • When your Wallet has an available withdrawal amount. (Check MY > Wallet (Cash) > Withdraw)

Please ensure all withdrawal and transfer processes are completed before deleting your account.

2. Important notes when deleting your account:

  • You cannot log in after deletion.

  • Your transfer history will disappear. Contact the Customer Center for a transaction history statement.

  • All SentBe Cash, credits, coupons, and lucky boxes collected will be lost.

  • Deletion cannot be undone.

  • According to the Terms and Conditions, your personal information will be retained for 5 years after account deletion.

3. Recreating an account:

  • You can create a new SentBe account using the same mobile number and email address previously used as your ID.

4. Personal information retention:

  • SentBe stores user information until account deletion. All stored information will be erased upon deletion except for information legally required to be retained for 5 years, including:

    • Copies of documents and identification used to verify customers, guardians, or actual owners.

    • Additional documents verifying the purpose and characteristics of financial transactions.

    • Copies of data, transaction applications, agreements, statements, or correspondence containing bank accounts, service types, transaction dates, currencies, and amounts.
