Can I get a refund of my transaction?

Refund Policy

Yes, SentBe can refund transactions upon the request of the sender in the following cases:

  • Invalid bank information:

    • SentBe will refund incomplete transactions that are returned from the beneficiary bank or partner if the sender submitted invalid bank information and cannot provide the correct information or reprocess it through another payout method.

  • Transaction not completed within 15 days:

    • SentBe will refund the transaction if it has not been completed 15 days after the sender’s initial deposit.

  • Compliance / Anti-Money Laundering issues:

    • SentBe will refund the transaction if the beneficiary bank or partner declines to process the transfer due to compliance or AML concerns.

Important Notes:

  • Bank & e-wallet transactions completed by the system but containing invalid sender-submitted bank information may not be refunded.

  • SentBe will assist the recipient as much as possible to retrieve the amount.

  • Refunds can be made to your SentBe Wallet. Depending on the case, transfer fees may or may not be included in the refund.
