For transactions that have been delayed due to SentBe system or receiving bank system, fee compensation will be provided according to transaction delay time and user level.
1. Compensation Method
Basic Users
Fee compensation will be returned in the form of SentBe coupons, which can be used to pay less fees on the next transfer.
VIP Users (Silver/Gold)
Compensation is provided as cashback directly deposited to their SentBe Wallet, which can be sent like real money on the next transfer.
2. Delay Criteria and Compensation
Basic Users:
Less than 24 hours delayed → 50% fee discount
More than 24 hours delayed → 100% fee discount
More than 72 hours delayed → 200% fee discount
Silver/Gold VIP Users:
Less than 24 hours delayed → 2,500 cashback
More than 24 hours delayed → 5,000 cashback
More than 72 hours delayed → 10,000 cashback
